4. Payment Terms

4.3 If you cancel a booking within 24 hours of the scheduled service, a cancellation fee of 20% of the service cost may apply.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
5.1 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee.
5.2 In the event that we are unable to perform the service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, weather conditions), we will notify you promptly and reschedule the service at no additional cost.
5.3 Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If we fail to provide services to your satisfaction, please contact us within 7 days of the service completion, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
6. Client Responsibilities
6.1 You are responsible for providing access to the property and ensuring that the area to be cleaned is safe and accessible for our cleaning staff.
6.2 Please remove any personal items or valuables from areas to be cleaned. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.
6.3 You must ensure that any pets are secured or removed from the premises during the cleaning service.
7. Liability
7.1 We take all necessary precautions to ensure your property is cleaned safely and thoroughly. However, we are not liable for any damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to worn-out fixtures, furniture, or appliances.
7.2 Our liability for any claims arising out of our cleaning services is limited to the amount paid for the service.
8. Health and Safety
8.1 We adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure the safety of our staff and clients during cleaning services.
8.2 Clients must notify us of any specific health and safety concerns (e.g., allergies, hazardous materials) before the service is performed.
