Lombard Cresent - Garden Clearance & Shed Removal

We were instructed to clear an overgrown front, side and rear garden area for a property that was due to be sold after bereavement. The primary aim was to remove and stump grind the large trees, clear overgrown vegetation and remove a disheveled shed and two coal bunkers.

Scope of the project

This Garden Clearance Project Was Part Of A Bereavement Property Sale For A Customer In Darfield.

We didn’t get very good before pictures, but the customer was over the moon with this transformation. Whilst not something that would directly add value to the property, our work did make the exterior look much more attractive. We also cleaned the windows and provided a condition report for the owner.

Project outcome

Unfortunately the area around this property had become very overgrown to the late owner’s deteriorating health. We worked with his son to make sure the exterior of the property was looked after. We were pleased to be of service.
